As founder and principal consultant, Franco Di Tommaso, born and raised in Italy, began his career in hospitality industry at young age and have since built a strong foundation in hotels and restaurants with more than 18 years of international experience.

Franco has worked with some of the most respected leading restaurants and hotels including, Badrutt's Palace, Westin Excelsior, Alfredo's, MEF group Bermuda, Nobu Matsuhisa, Zuma Restaurants, Jean Georges, Bulldozer group and with Rotana Hotels as Corporate Director F&B Operations.

He has led and trained teams in several openings, gained knowledge and experience in different F&B operations, traveled extensively internationally and working for the past 9 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, getting very familiar with the GCC countries.
Franco believe in working with high standards of food and service quality, consistency, efficiency and professionalism.
